In today’s video, we are talking about the Lions’ joint practice, the latest Lions rumors and Hard Knocks episode 2. We will start with Lions practice. The Detroit Lions are in Indianapolis having joint practice with the Colts. Joint practice brings in another dimension to learning and playing against other team players. With the Lions, they have an opportunity to learn from one of the better teams in the NFL and that can bring positive results for players of the Lions. The Lions get to practice against Matt Ryan and a really good offensive line. With the defense struggling in week 1 of the preseason, that’s good news for Detroit.

Detroit Lions’ rumors have been circulating throughout the NFL that they could be trading for QB Mason Rudolph of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Rudolph is a veteran QB who has played in multiple games as a starter. Rudolph would be an upgrade of Tim Boyle and David Blough. The question is, what would it take to get Rudolph? Late-round draft pick or a player whom the Lions could trade away that was not likely to make the 53-man roster?

Hard Knocks episode 2 is on tonight at 10:00 pm ET on HBO Max. In the last episode, they took a deep look into the Lions’ coaching staff. What will they look for tonight? Will Hard Knocks look at the players such as Jared Goff, DJ Chark, D’Andre Swift, and Amon-Ra St. Brown? I guess we will find out soon enough!
