Lions Legend Herman Moore Loves Brad Holmes/Dan Campbell Regime

Detroit Lions legend wide receiver Herman Moore went live on Lions Nation Unite and expressed his love for the Brad Holmes and Dan Campbell regime. Moore loves the change in culture from the former regime and enjoys the idea of former players coaching this team. Moore believes Dan Campbell has the players bought into what he is preaching. Sometimes it is difficult for players to follow a coach but the players in Detroit, believe in Dan Campbell.

Buying into what a coach is preaching can be the main ingredient for a culture change. If players do not believe in the coach, ultimately, that is destined for failure. This does not mean the team will get wins but it does mean players and coaches are on the same page. Players did not buy into former Head Coach Matt Patricia and as a result, it was a complete and utter failure on all levels. With the players buying in, this regime has a chance for success.

Lions legend wide receiver Calvin Johnson expressed interest in mentoring rookie wide receiver Jameson Williams. This question was asked to Moore. Moore expressed that he would give some tips on helping the young wide receivers but also expressed that he does not want to remove the players learning from the current coaching staff. The importance of players learning from the current coaches is more important than anyone else.
