Slow Flow Guided Vinyasa with Caitlin Concannon
Tuesdays – 7:30pm ET (Aug 16, Aug 23, Aug 30, Sep 6)
A gentle and guided flow available to all levels. This hatha yoga class focuses on conscious connection between movement and breath, aiming to develop a strong foundation in awareness and open/restore vital energy channels.
Restorative Yin with Caitlin Concannon
Thursdays – 8:30pm ET (Aug 18, Aug 25, Sep 1, Sep 8)
A gentle, slow guided yin class. Available and accessible to all. This class will focus on holding restorative and modified yin poses that connect to deep tissue areas in the body. The focus is on the exploration of trapped energy and the release of tension. This class moves you to a place of relaxation.

Boot Camp with Angela T. Moore
Wednesday – 7pm ET (Aug 17, Aug 24, Aug 31, Sep 7)
A high intensity, total body workout that requires no equipment. Using a combination of the 3 C’s – core, cardio, and calisthenics – as well as plyometric and agility training, Angela provides a challenging, yet fun, workout that will improve cardiorespiratory efficiency, muscular strength and endurance, core and joint stabilization, balance and flexibility.
